TonyBet Bonus Rules and Promotion Conditions

These rules explain how bonuses, free spins, promotional credits and sportsbook offers work at TonyBet. They apply together with the general account terms and any additional conditions shown for a particular promotion.

Before activating an offer, players should read its individual requirements. A promotion may have its own minimum deposit, wagering target, eligible games, expiry date or other restrictions that differ from the general rules below.

How Promotional Offers Apply

A bonus is normally intended for the player who receives or selects it. Unless the conditions of a particular promotion say otherwise, the same offer can only be used once by an eligible account.

Taking part in a promotion, activating it or completing a qualifying step means that the player accepts the conditions connected with that offer.

Where a deposit is required, the qualifying funds may need to be wagered before bonus-related winnings become available for withdrawal.

If a promotion is affected by a platform or account migration, the offer may be cancelled and may not be transferred to the new environment.

Verification Before Bonus Funds Are Released

Where the internal Bonus Ratio exceeds 40%, TonyBet may temporarily limit access to further bonus offers or promotional campaigns.

The calculation can take into account deposit history, promotional credits, wagering activity and the frequency with which offers have been claimed.

Delayed Game Rounds

Players must not deliberately postpone the completion of a game round, free spin feature or bonus round until after the associated promotional requirements have been completed or the bonus has ended.

For example, a player should not use bonus funds to progress most of the way towards an in-game feature and then complete that feature later using cash funds after the promotional balance has been cleared.

Winnings connected with this type of activity may be treated as invalid under the bonus rules.

Sportsbook Promotion Rules

Sports betting bonuses have additional conditions because turnover is calculated differently from casino wagering.

Qualifying Bets

Only settled bets count towards sportsbook wagering requirements.

Sportsbook Turnover

Only wagers placed on eligible bet types and satisfying the minimum odds shown in the applicable promotion count towards sportsbook turnover.

The deposit associated with an active sportsbook bonus may remain unavailable for withdrawal until the required wagering has been completed.

If the bonus is cancelled before completion, the promotional part and related benefits may be removed in accordance with the offer rules.

Duplicate or Coordinated Sports Bonus Claims

Where suspicious activity is identified, TonyBet may suspend the relevant funds, restrict the account and carry out the checks required under its general account rules and applicable regulations.

Before Using a Bonus
